      Paul Ryan says insurance can't work if healthy must pay more to subsidize the sick. But this is exactly what happens in every employer plan.

      Conversations (notably on FB) have made it clear to me that many (not all) people who oppose ACA do not know at all how insurance works.

      It just becomes empty slogans about freedom, Communism, etc. Depressing in the end, when you encounter just ignorance (not diff of opinion).
