Goes without saying most of the west side of the city is flattened and the port just isn't there anymore.
Yeah, but why hit Stockton? I mean, it's a pretty lame target. I would aim for something more dense and shiny, if it were me.

(An aside: I grew up in Stockton. It would be sooo annoying if Stockton was in "the list" of places to endlessly talk about tragically.)

I'm not sure that's how DPRK thinks. I would aim for big, hard to miss, painful targets. LA. San Jose. Seattle. Etc.
