2/n We don't know for sure if DPRK tested Mr. Peanut. Probably (IMO), but 120kt-150kt COULD BE just boosted. HT

But I sort of lean towards 2-stage unless we have good reasons to think otherwise. Peanut looks plausible.

Me too. The DPRK seems pretty stingy with its Pu.
