2/n We don't know for sure if DPRK tested Mr. Peanut. Probably (IMO), but 120kt-150kt COULD BE just boosted. HT

I mean, it's not impossible. Hansen says boosting ratios in US are factors of 2X-10X. So you could imagine 30 x 4 or something.
