      They take "firebombing of Tokyo was not so different from atomic bombing" (true) but then jump to "Hiroshima must have been firebombing"!

      They are "fast-neutron fission denialists," which is kind of amazing in its specificity. Slow-neutron fission usually OK with them.

      Soviet physicists (e.g. Vladimir Fok) tried to reframe the theories so they were less "philosophical," more "mathematical," to avoid this.
