      Thank you. NUKEMAP is generating crater estimates for airbursts. I think pp 253-7, perhaps I'm misreading, is only about surface/subsurface.

      Yes, the crater #s are only for surface bursts. There are a few phenomena it will put in no matter what the HOB (e.g. fireball size).
