For those who don't use it: CIA does have a lot of records on their FOIA site. But huge number are in CREST, & not online yet.
So allegedly CIA's CREST NARA database is being decommissioned and put fully online soon. Somewhat doubting this, I made a few printouts...pic.twitter.com/5LTrwYT089

To access those records, you have to use CIA-sponsored terminals in NARA College Park. Pain in the neck. But printing is free!
