Slightly consoling: ~53% of the Americans who voted (incl. 3rd party), voted against Trump. If turnout was higher, he would have been toast.

I cannot find that consoling: Since turnout was not higher, we now can be toast due to someone who asks: Why not use nukes?
But there are many reasons why it is a terrible idea for the US in particular. Hopefully those will continue to be constraining.
