@shawsam@wellerstein How did that fit w/ the New Look strategy? Thought it placed heavy emphasis on use of nukes, over conventional forces
@cantab_biker @shawsam New Look was superseded pretty quickly... the Eisenhower period was one of very dramatic change in weapons strategy.
