@wellerstein@GWilliamThomas If I recall correctly, this was explicitly for AEC/DOD activities, so missing private & most all Soviet. -
@wellerstein@GWilliamThomas As a bonus PITA, sometimes AEC got confused about their responsibilities and ignored/claimed as they saw fit.
