@wellerstein what do they do with cargo showing detectable levels of radiation? Send it back?
@milagrosfilms So usually they send it back. They said that these days a lot of countries pre-screen before sending to USA, to avoid this.

@milagrosfilms No, the countries pre-screen because they don't want it to set off our detectors. They still scan them.
