That's out of around 11,000 processed by the facility per day. Prior to calibration done earlier this year they had around 100 alarms a day.

@wellerstein The big question, though: do they scan *every* truck that comes through, or just a portion? Heard scan rate can be very low...
@andrewfacini It was really a pretty impressive operation in its scope. I saw a LOT of trucks today.

@andrewfacini They implied that a LOT has changed with rad screening in the last 5 years or so. Big upgrades in infrastructure.
