      @KpDooty It's just raw expenditure. Experiments cost more than theory, of course.

      @wellerstein Not being in your lecture...just wondering how a "raw expenditure" gets categorized as "fusion spending". Not always clear-cut.

      @KpDooty Fusion work has always been "right around the corner" but every success has brought new difficulties to light. It's hard.
