@micahstubbs This is the Oak Ridge LandScan database. It's not open data, unfortunately. It is what powers the NUKEMAP's casualty figures.

@micahstubbs The population data is something you have to buy a license for. (Not very cheap.) Once you have the data, you can play with it.
