@wellerstein, Russian #metor comparisons to yield of Hiroshima or modern nuke seem odd. As if we had firsthand experience with those!

@wellerstein Seems to me, with no casualties and minimal damage, Russian#meteor comparisons to nuclear weapons diminish latter's ferocity.
@AriBRubin Though at least with the meteors, the physics is a little closer in terms of energy release over time. But still misleading.
