US Customs at IAD is a disgrace: Just a few agents on duty to process hundreds of arriving passengers. I’ve been in line for over an hour. Hundreds more behind me.
is there any major US airport where it is *not* a disgrace? I've never flown into a US airport internationally and thought "well this seems well-run and definitely has enough people on staff to handle the entirely knowable number of people who are flying in today"
