look at fancy mr. postwar office building over here we're rocking a repurposed chemistry/metallurgy building from 1909 up in this house which was retrofitted in the 1980s with glass brick

Our building was "constructed" in the 1990s with a contract to the lowest bidder who then went out of biz. The facade I.e. cheapass stucco) of the building is routinely attacked by woodpeckers.
