I know this is something that has been said before by many people, but I will just put it out there: the #1 most useful thing I've done for myself this summer has been to quit caffeine entirely. I don't feel terrible when I wake up (and wake up much faster), (1/2)

crazy that it's only been ~a year since graduation but the thought of no caffeine already stresses me out it's a real problem - I'm much more productive in the evening hours and an effective morning schedule feels so unattainable

Thankfully there is good decaf coffee (Nepresso) but sadly decaf tea still isn't particularly good

Caffeine has absolutely zero effect on me physically for some reason. (Probably the same reason I need to take triple doses of painkillers to have an effect.). But I do love the taste of decent coffee.
