and generally I feel much more "even" all around (not as many lows that I try to climb out of with spiky caffeine highs). After a week I felt like a totally better person. Just putting it out there, in case anyone finds it useful. It was easier to quit than I'd imagined. (2/2)

(And yes, I know that caffeine addiction is taken as a sign of being a modern person. I get it, I've been there. Death before decaf, etc. I'm not being prescriptive here. You do you. Just reporting my own results.)
