@wellerstein Update:I just ran a ground burst at your point in Seoul and the casualties are the same as when I ran an airburst just minutes ago.
I appreciate the notice! I've been quietly upgrading the casualty code this week (it now supports multiple, overlapping detonations correctly) so it's nice to have someone find an easy-to-fix bug within a few days of it, before I really announce it! :-)

Great! I started at RAND in 1975, and my first job was to build a nuclear weapon casualty assessment code--Very different then with no graphics. I work the Korean nuclear threat heavily now. Let me know if you want any Beta testing help.
