@wellerstein Update:I just ran a ground burst at your point in Seoul and the casualties are the same as when I ran an airburst just minutes ago.
Ah, sorry. Small typo in the code (I've been updating it) — it was sending everything as a surface burst no matter what. Fixed it. You may need to do a hard-refresh of the page (shift+refresh) to make sure it gets the latest code. Now showing 1.394m injuries again. :-)
