not sure if we had a viable deployable warhead before then, but it's also fascinating that we essentially had one presidency create the weapons and then every president since inherited some existing stockpile (though in Truman's case, planned but not yet assembled warheads)

Roosevelt died April 12, 1945. Little Boy might have been complete before them, but I'm guessing May or June.
