I like that sequence also because it shows you how radically different the cloud looks at different timescales. Seen individually, without a lot of attention to the geography, you might not realize they were the same test, seconds apart.

I didn’t scan the whole document, only 49 out of about 180 pages (My personal copy – sorry about the highlighting). The pdf file is 29 MB. Included is the whole Health Physics section by lead author Dr Andrew C. McEwan, Director, National Radiation Laboratory, Christchurch NZ
Dr McEwan sent me the report back in 1988. Searching Google suggests it might be available – although the Amazon link says it’s “currently unavailable”.
