Giuliani et al aren’t being postmodern by creating their own truth. They’re just doing out in the open what postmodernists have long claimed that power structures do all the time.

But postmodernists often go further, & err in denying a hierarchy of objective truths, toward which we have methods of asymptotically approaching, and socially constructed narratives. As a pejorative, it’s still fair to describe what Giuliani et al are doing as postmodern.
Calling what they do "postmodernism" both unnecessarily elevates what they are doing (lying) and denigrates actual postmodernist theory (which is not that, whatever one thinks of it).
