I think I am going to have my undergrads read it this upcoming semester in my nuclear history/policy course, towards the end of the year. Lots of interesting paper-writing possibilities come to mind; e.g., to write an appendix detailing the disaster response work in NYC.

(I took my only real "vacation" last week, going to Cape May for a few days. While I am not sure that I would call Jeffrey's book "beach reading," my wife and I each read it on the beach, nonetheless!)
