Not my favorite essay of his, too be honest — he simultaneously takes too much credit (as if our modern context of the political deconstruction of facts came from STS!), and gives up too much (bad actors are gonna be bad actors no matter what we say).
Oh yeah agreed, though it’s a reasonably accessible, if imperfect, piece for a reader maybe not deeply steeped in STS.
