Um. I suggest you read Daniel Ellsberg's latest book The Doomsday Machine. OK? Ellsberg personally gave the rules of engagement for USA launching a nuclear war to Pres. Kennedy because the Joint Chiefs refused to. You're living in a world of illusion. Ask
