        Note that education is free in many countries, i.e. Norway, Germany, Denmark. These countries will have the highest number of educated kids

        This study is absurd because it does not take into account the State funding of education. It is strongly misleading!

        Why misleading? here it states, average money parents, not government, need to spend on education. Also this data is not related to quality
