Was either 1928 (all adults over 21) or 1969 (votes at 18) when great Britain became a democracy of sorts. Voting was more restricted before 1928.

Problem is there is no one definition of democracy and many countries are more like Oligarchies through established status, position, nepotism, cronyism and increasingly wealth to influence political selection

Interesting diagram and notion but, democracy does not directly translate into capitalism and vice versa rather, if democracy, as Greek philosophers suggested, functions best when a majority of the eligible people of a nation participate and wealth does not influence decisions
