An open letter from a large group of @UofG faculty concerned about COVID-19 vaccine misinformation. With freedom comes responsibility. That applies to academic freedom too. It should not used to provide cover for misrepresentation and misinformation.pic.twitter.com/pLN7LvcCEZ

Thank you to faculty who have done this. Two family members, who are at very high risk of poor outcomes from C-19, have sent me info from the prof named in this letter to justify their decision to reject vaccination. I believe his misinformation has put them at increased risk.

Same here - my parents use Bridle's misinformation as an added reason to avoid the vaxx. This puts my parents lives at risk, & anyone who is in regular contact with them. I'm glad the university put out this letter - it's too late for my parents, but maybe it'll help someone else

Sorry Fiona. It must have gotten lost. The Google doc presented some challenges. We can add you to an updated list. @dorotheebienzle

After all, the preponderance of signatures is, and has since the beginning of time always been, the ultimate arbiter of truth. So much more civilized to reduce the cumulative volume of the mob to the relative calm of the written decree.

So clarifying also, for the clinical differential diagnosis of the physician, the long-respected tradition of the Second Opinion, simplified to the simple impartation of Government Decree by the doctor. The elimination of the Patient so cost effective.
