Can you point to anything showing that any of those crimes have been "decriminalized" or not prosecuted? Because there are many prosecutions of all those crimes

Of felonies, but crimes like shoplifting aren't felonies in SF And since many misdemeanors don't end up having a full prosecution, it leaves out the many many plea deals. Something like 4% of felonies were brought to court by the last guy
