    The Internet Archive hosts WebTorrent-compatible .torrent files and magnet links, and also runs a node that seeds all the content so WebTorrent/BitTorrent clients always have at least one seeder available. (I worked with Mitra on this last year, so this setup may have changed.)

    GUN stores mutable metadata about each file. And WebTorrent, IPFS, and HTTP store the actual files themselves redundantly. I believe WebTorrent is attempted first (because it currently performs much better than IPFS and supports streaming), with fallbacks to IPFS and HTTP.

    Wow, play.js is really cool. Full Node.js environment on iOS. Heck, it’s so complete that I got a functioning iOS torrent client in a few lines of code thanks to WebTorrent.

    Did you know I'd also become a painter since writing that? After about 6 years of painting I still think this is true. And, I use code to make art better. My latest project is for artists: It uses webtorrent to lower the cost of distribution.

    Huh? I know that poem says that speaking up when they come for me is already too late, but still, censoring an ethereum roadmap Q&A is just.... weird Looks like we need alternatives to youtube.

    Youtube thinks a video with doing a Q&A about the roadmap in 2016 at is "Harmful or dangerous content" :-) I've appealed...
