When’s the date the accounts are deleted?

If we have to delete an account from our archives because a player has abandoned it, we put those pets back up for adoption so they can find a new, loving home

Oct 1, so you'll have until the end of September 30 to retrieve any archived accounts. After that, a paid account will have a two-year grace period and a unpaid account will have a six month grace period. Log in regularly to keep your accounts active :)

That's a poorly worded response ... the exact pet we adopt (code) is not available again for adoption ... one code one time and our webkinz are not given/sold to others ... that reply is likely to cause a LOT of upset and tears
