"chillness" would be low neurosis (and possibly high agreeableness) trait in the big 5 model. conscientiousness is the one that's about self-restraint, managing behaviors, and meeting expectations.
Good discussion! I have a lot of questions about people very low on neuroticism. I don't know many of them here in the bay.

hahaha well you won't get any answers about low neuroticism from me. I'm trying though. Got that high conscientiousness to fall back on, in any case.
