Is there any Gen X or older writer who you think is doing a good job in terms of transmedia?
It seems like there just isn't as much demand for long-form writing as there used to be, and the feedback loops on other platforms are tighter. Like, the voice of our generation that wins out will probably have a podcast and a popular twitter feed.
