Yep (but I wouldn't pick on any one dietary theory in particular & I'm confused here, too). Nutrition seems relevant to many outcomes, but the evidence simultaneously suggests that humans are amazingly adaptable wrt diet & there are SO many more environmental factors to consider

Re: other factors — I was actually just chatting with some friends about my intuition that a "poor diet, great sleep" version of me would outperform a "great diet, poor sleep" version across most long-term outcomes. Most agreed. Sleep hygiene seems neglected relative to nutrition
