How do you feel about routine adulting tasks — housework, finances, basic health habits, etc? Overall, do you outsource/skip/hack around them when feasible to save your time & attention for other things, or do you enjoy the independence/satisfaction of getting them done yourself?

Very open to robots (roomba, dishwasher, TurboTax), less so to humans (embarrassing, adds hassle). Strong preference to do things I can learn from, like installing curtains, even if it’s not efficient.

Always outsource/eliminate what I can. Time is the most valuable resource. If my wife didn’t insist that I eat “real food” I would subsist entirely on a nutrient rich food sludge that requires 4 ingredients and a blender.
