Jordan Peterson definitely held his own against Cathy Newman’s embarrassing & deeply partisan barrage. The Vice interview has the hallmarks of a plausible hatchet job in editing. But IMO, his interview with Sam Harris revealed a serious lack of sophistication in his reasoning.

I remember being intrigued by Peterson at first, and this destroyed that. I’ve never seen someone so averse to PoMo do such a good impression of it
This was a tough listen, they did better in the second interview. Jordan just could not accept that emperical, material truth is a fundamental place that we can start a conversation from. His viewpoint on all truths being nested within moral truth was confusing at times.
