Likely a lot more of A than B. The fact that what constitutes a "healthy" appearance does not look the same for everyone is overlooked by advertising and entertainment media.

"Thin + muscular" is on its face more constrained than just "thin." My understanding is that the relationship between muscle mass and fat mass at a more typical body weight is pretty complicated, but it's notoriously difficult to simultaneously maintain muscle and a very low BF%
