But maybe I'm underestimating the precision with which we can measure xrisk and cat QUALY's.
I'm thinking "high-impact" in relative terms, you can be fairly sure many charities do better than caring for 100 blind cats for $0.5m/yr

Yeah, you'll still need expert opinion and some kind of documented evidence across all of the causes. It'd be a cool project.
