How do you fuck up this hard? $5k US a month to run a tent. How?

24 hour security. For 1 person at $50/hr net cost that's $1200/day, $30k/month. If there's one security guy per 12 people, that's half the cost. You can spend the rest on one social worker per dozen and cleaning, bathrooms and food.
