I work in tech outside Seattle, been work-from-home-with-kids-in-the-house since March. I finally broke down and got a therapist but they only do remote. I don't have a room in my house where I can have a private conversation and there's no private place with WiFi I can go.

I think everyone needs a combination of alone time and social interaction and this pandemic is like "NO! You either get all alone time or all social interaction"
