disagree, to no extent her faith. if she was muslim it would be off limits to discuss and we all know that. it's discrimination.
It's reasonable to ask her (or a Muslim nominee) about whether they have made any spiritual/religious commitments that would obligate them to any particular interpretation of the law, but in ACB's case this has already been thoroughly asked and answered
