FWIW everyone is entitled to their concerns about ACB's legal theory and (to some extent) even her faith, but come the fuck on, supposedly demure and oppressed women don't accidentally stumble into exceptional careers as highly respected legal scholars

It's reasonable to ask her (or a Muslim nominee) about whether they have made any spiritual/religious commitments that would obligate them to any particular interpretation of the law, but in ACB's case this has already been thoroughly asked and answered
