I would replace "audience" with "authenticity".

I agree. Some people with large audiences have zero authenticity and are in it for fame or money. I want to be authentic with my words and wisdom.

Everytime I consider this... I think about my friends who do have large followings, and the inordinate amount of nonsense they have to cope with as a result... and I just keep shuddering and thinking to myself "Nah! It just ain't worth it!". But I likely should take the advice.
