Again...no evidence of a knife being pulled on them. Regardless...there were so many levels of poor policing between headlock and shooting ...these people are not trained to do this job properly

You’re going round in circles now - evidence has been presented to you and again their training or lack of has little relevance to the truth of whether a knife was present or not.

Ok sure , I’ll concede a knife was present ...the question is: is being shot in the back 7 times a result of poor policing ...I say yes

That's an entirely different question and yes perhaps it could have been handled better - granted they did try to physically restrain him and use tasers (twice) but 7 shots in the back does seem excessive.

7 shots isn't excessive at all. Adrenaline will keep you going even though you have been shot. In those seconds, he could have killed the cop behind him, run over the people in the street, or possibly harmed the kids in the back.

What does the hand on the forehead emoji mean? Do you not think that Jacob might have tried to speed off, possibly hitting or running over the people in the street?

No ... it means that police with any skill or training could subdue a suspect without shooting him at all let alone 7 times in the back and likely could have defused the situation without violence at all ...but police are not trained for the job.
