Nobody thinking sensibly would trade places with a white male who struggles with basic cognitive tasks, isn't fit or attractive, and can't read or respond appropriately to social cues. His only real hope is to be born into a family wealthy enough to keep his head above water.

Attractiveness is the one that kills me. How on Earth can we talk about "equal opportunity" when there's such a truly *wild* wild card like attractiveness? It makes such a difference in all outcomes and there is no controlling for it absent a Harrison Bergeron situation.

Opportunity is equal; nobody is inherently disqualified over irrelevant factors. Exceeding the qualifications of competitors is a natural requirement.
