Please say more. I am yet to understand the world this way.
Sexual selection is still a primary driver for everything. It's why women's rights really do matter, impact-wise, far moreso than "men's rights," which aren't really a thing beyond a reactionary screaming into the void.

Yes, albeit chaotically, because most of them don't really understand what's going on and can't embrace either the responsibility or the impact

I think I follow what you’re saying, ie, young women own the most valuable commodity in society, but does that not mean that most women do not have this power?
