As a general rule, I feel like I should have more people in my life telling me to give it a rest or that they have to let me go. In reality, everyone tells me they love me, appreciate my energy and hope I lean in? This feels far too healthy for 2020

I have found a scant few people who are able to say to me "I love you for what you are, but if you wish to live the live you say you wish to or to embody the values you wish to, you must change along these axes." For me, that's extremely valuable, though not exactly you want.

Part of that is selection criteria. People I've met online (the handful I really talk to) don't tend to do this sort of thing
