Sort of? The concept of "You generate economic activity in our state and then we tax the activity" is now new. And it's not quite as clean as "183 days outside, no tax" either. 60 days + wealth tax might get iffy, but.

All the time. I have paid up to 6 states in a year and know people that pay in all 50. It is offset by the time spent in your home state. E.g. if you live in PA and go to TX you don’t pay the PA tax for time spent on TX and there is no TX income tax. It’s a win!
